Service Contacts

Most production services are supported by the ITS Helpdesk and documented in the ITS Knowledge Base.

Each service may have its own contact. For the best response, it is highly recommended to contact the appropriate contact point for a given service. For the full list, including the emergency response phone contact and protocol, full-time University IT staff may read the AIT support contacts page. Services without a contact point published on this site are supported by the ITS Helpdesk.
